Ingredients: 

1 cup of rice

8 ounces of pork

4 ounces of sausage

Seasonings to taste: onion, garlic, bell pepper, celery. red & black pepper, hot sauce, salt

Rules:

Ingredients, pot, wood, and utensils to be furnished by cook, jambalaya to be cooked on wood (no propane). No enhancers or color aids to be used: chicken flavor or base, accent, kitchen bouquet, Worcestershire sauce. All Applicants must be supervised by an adult
